Review Wouldn't wish them on my enemy! Avoid!

Absolutely horrific!! Avoid!
Booked a flight for the wrong date and sent no flight confirmation for my mother. Flight was missed because of these peoples' callous irresponsibility. My mother didn't get an apology or compensation. Pls use better agents!!!

My mother was travelling to see her father in his 80s after a massive heart trip still in ICU, and this agency unapologetically made a booking for a wrong date, didn't send confirmation details that resulted in a missed flight. Offered no compensation or apology and we had to cash out extra thousand euros to find another flight.

I have no words for the issues they caused us and I would avoid this little unprofessional place and Mazen and Fedra in particular at all costs!
