Review Received money request from this company through PayPal

I received a $0.01 money request from this stranger, I think as a prelude to a larger charge. I'm not sure where they got my email, and I have never had/don't have any business with any Cyprus entity.
(The email I'm using for this review is not the same as the one associated with my PayPal account.)
